HKU Worldwide Student Exchange Programme
Students can choose to study in one of our partner institutions abroad for one or two semesters.
There will be two rounds of recruitment held each academic year. The main (first) round starts in November for students aiming to go on exchange in September the following year for one year or one semester (both first and second semesters). The second round of recruitment is held in April and is for exchanges in second semester of the following academic year ONLY.
Most of the openings will be filled after the first round of recruitment and therefore students are encouraged to submit their applications in November. Please refer to the following timeline for the recruitment procedure.
