    The deadline for main round applications has passed. Some of our undergraduate programmes may still accept late applications.

    If you have not yet applied, you may make a Late Application by following the instructions below. The late application system has been opened since 10th January, 2012. For late applicants, bear in mind that, although there are still places available, these are being filled all the time. Click here to see what programmes will accept Late Applications.

    You can alternatively submit your application by mail. Simply download the following documents which form a complete set of the application form for the Non-JUPAS Admissions Scheme. Please read the "General Information and Instructions" before completing the application form.

    Information Required

    In addition to the completed application form, applicants should use the Online System for submission of the following supporting documents to the University for preliminary consideration:

    • a photocopy of your HKID card / passport / National identity card / birth certificate
    • referee's report (Word format, PDF format) / reference letter, to be completed by your school principal or teacher, or by an academic referee (In the case the referee report is given to you by your school in a sealed envelope, please forward the report to the University by mail)

    • final/latest academic transcript(s) / examination results
    • public examination results in detail e.g. GCSE, HKCEE, including in the case of GCE AL / AS level, the Statement of Results which shows the numerical scores achieved
    • the predicted grade / point issued by the school
    • (optional) a summary of not more than two A4-size pages of your extra-curricular activities / personal achievements / working experience / any other information which you feel will help the selection committee in considering your application

    Should you be given an admission offer by the University, you will be required to submit certified copies of your documents before an offer can be made.
